Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. Local law may impose a higher age or licensing requirement for operating a particular vehicle; AllRoutes does not grant permission to drive or ride.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, activity performed through it, and maintaining the security of your authentication method. Provide accurate information, do not share access tokens, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may create an account with a verified email and password or use an enabled third-party provider such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for access to the email address or provider account associated with AllRoutes. You may request password recovery through the available verified email flow.

What AllRoutes provides

AllRoutes helps users discover and organize scenic routes and hand selected route details to third-party map services. It may include route descriptions, timing suggestions, vehicle compatibility, traffic guidance, community submissions, saves, lists, journals, and reviews.

AllRoutes does not provide turn-by-turn navigation, emergency services, real-time road monitoring, or professional travel, legal, mechanical, medical, or safety advice. Features and catalog entries may change, move, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may correct route information without notice.

Driving, riding, and route safety

Scenic travel involves inherent risks, including collisions, changing weather, wildlife, poor surfaces, limited services, closures, construction, congestion, remote areas, and loss of connectivity. You are solely responsible for deciding whether a route is suitable for you, your passengers, experience, health, vehicle, fuel or charge level, equipment, and current conditions.

• Review and configure the route before moving; use a passenger or lawful hands-free controls when appropriate.
• Obey traffic laws, posted signs, speed limits, access rules, permits, closures, and instructions from authorities.
• Verify conditions through official transportation, land-manager, weather, and emergency sources before departure and during safe stops.
• Do not enter private property, restricted roads, unsafe terrain, or a route prohibited for your vehicle type.
• Do not rely on a route's difficulty, duration, traffic, season, or compatibility label as a guarantee.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including list descriptions, route suggestions, ratings, notes, and photos. You grant Ruval Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and improve AllRoutes consistent with your selected privacy settings.

For route suggestions and material you intentionally make public, the license also permits Ruval Labs to verify, edit, adapt, and include the material in the AllRoutes catalog and related service promotion. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and grant these licenses. Do not submit precise private-home locations, sensitive personal information, or content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

We may review, reject, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms, creates safety or legal risk, is inaccurate or misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate for AllRoutes. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use AllRoutes unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that endangers, harasses, or harms any person or property;
• submit false route data, impersonate others, manipulate ratings, or misrepresent experience or affiliation;
• probe, scan, attack, overload, bypass, or interfere with AllRoutes, its access controls, APIs, or infrastructure;
• access another user's account or nonpublic content without authorization;
• scrape, harvest, or automate access except through an expressly authorized API and within documented limits;
• upload malware or unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive material; or
• use AllRoutes content or branding to imply sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

Third-party services

AllRoutes may link or hand route information to services operated by Google and other third parties. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. By using the Google Maps handoff, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Ruval Labs does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, directions, content, or conduct.

Authentication and email delivery may also rely on Supabase, Apple, Google, and Resend. Your use of a third-party account remains subject to that provider's terms. AllRoutes email preferences do not override essential verification, recovery, security, safety, or legal notices.

Ruval Labs property

AllRoutes software, visual design, branding, curated compilation, and original content are owned by Ruval Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use AllRoutes under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names, maps, photographs, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback about AllRoutes, you give Ruval Labs permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of content you submit through features governed by the Your content section above.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using AllRoutes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, limit features, or remove content when reasonably necessary for a material or repeated breach, fraud or abuse, security risk, harm to others, extended inactivity, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLROUTES AND ALL ROUTE, ROAD, TRAFFIC, WEATHER, VEHICLE, COMMUNITY, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RUVAL LABS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SAFETY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A ROUTE IS OPEN, LEGAL, PASSABLE, SUITABLE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUVAL LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS ARISING FROM ROUTE CONDITIONS, TRAVEL DECISIONS, USER CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUVAL LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO ALLROUTES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RUVAL LABS FOR ALLROUTES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect service, legal, safety, or operational changes. We will post the revised effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using AllRoutes.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms, are the entire agreement about AllRoutes.

Questions and informal resolution

Before starting a formal dispute, you and Ruval Labs are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern. This informal step does not waive or shorten any right, remedy, or legally applicable deadline.
